UPDATE: Shelter In Place has been lifted.
A man was shot multiple times outside of Nationals Park today at Half Street and N Street, NE and people in the immediate area are being asked to shelter in place.
Police believe the man ran towards Nationals Park after being shot by a nearby liquor store.
The man is alive, but unconscious.
There was a job fair at Nats Park today. According to police, this incident is unrelated.
