Cassie Barker, 29, pleaded guilty to culpable negligence manslaughter in the death of her daughter, Cheyenne Hyer, according to People.
The more you read, the more you're going to be disgusted. Barker stopped by her supervisor, Clark Ladner's, house to "talk at the end of her shift and ended up having sex."
She reportedly left the air on with her 3-year-old daughter in the car, but didn't hit the A/C button so the car was just blowing out warm air, in already 100 degree temperature outside. She fell asleep for 4 hours after they had sex while leaving her daughter strapped in a car seat in the heat. The child was unresponsive with a body temperature of 107.
Prosecutors are recommending 20 years in prison.
