A fifth grader has died from getting BEATEN in a classroom. A FIFTH GRADER.
RaNiya Wright died this morning after suffering serious injuries in a classroom fight at Forest Hills Elementary School in Colleton County, SC, from Monday, March 25th, according to WSET.
She's been unresponsive and in critical condition since Monday, but the other child who was in the fight has been 'indefinitely suspended.' The fight remains under investigation and a crisis response team has been deployed to the school to offer support to students and staff.
A GoFundMe account has been set up in her honor to help with medical and funeral expenses.
