Traffic is stopped in both directions on the WB Span - due to police activity for a "water rescue".
Not much more is known for the delay going BOTH ways on the WB Span Bay Bridge, but definitely expect the delay to last for a while.
An eye witness says that on one end, it's backed up all of the way to Cracker Barrel. There is a reported jumper in progress, but that's all we have for right now.
