A man was arrested this afternoon and taken to a hospital in Downtown DC, for setting himself on fire.
No names have been released, but according to TMZ, "he was fully engulfed in flames but it appears that he might have had some sort of protective suit on because he was no collapsing as he strolled across the lawn with the Washington Monument in the background, less than a mile from the White House."
More than 70 officers swarmed the area and no one else was injured.
The man's condition is unclear, but he IS at a hospital receiving treatment. Story developing.
