BREAKING: 24 People Charged for Starting Fires in Australia

Australia has cracked down on fire safety. So much so that more than 180 people have been charged for fire related cases in the last few months.

According to WJLA, "The NSW Police Force says since Friday, November 8th, legal action – which ranges from cautions through to criminal charges – has been taken against 183 people – including 40 juveniles – for 205 bushfire-related offenses.

Of those, 24 people have been charged for allegedly intentionally lighting bushfires.

So far this fire season, NSW Police say the wildfires have claimed the lives of 18 people and untold millions of animals."
