Twihards are rejoicing because 15 years after the original "Twilight" book was released, we are finally going to hear the love story of Edward and Bella from Edward's perspective!
Stephanie Myer revealed to Good Morning America this morning (May 4), that the long-awaited addition to the Twilight series will be released on August 4.
“I am very excited to finally, finally announce the release of 'Midnight Sun' on August 4. It's a crazy time right now and I wasn't sure if this was the right time to put this book out, but some of you have been waiting for just so, so long. It didn't seem fair to make you wait anymore. Sorry about the bad timing. Hopefully this book can be a distraction from the real world," Meyer said in video clip to GMA. "I'm so excited to finally be able to share it with you."
Back in 2008, Myer teased a bit of Edward's perspective by releasing one chapter of his story titled "First Sight" on her website, but that was all readers got.
