Study Says 2 Nights of Bad Sleep Can Make You Feel Years Older

According to a new study, just 2 nights of bad sleep can make you feel years older. However, getting good sleep can make you feel younger.

Specifically, the study found that:

  • people feel more than four years older after getting just four hours of sleep for two nights in a row
  • people feel 3 months younger when they slept for 9 hours for two nights in a row
  • a whole month of sleeping well lead people to feeling 6 years younger than their actual age
