Kanye West is being labeled as "ignorant" and "distasteful" by the American Parkinson Disease Association for the lyrics in his song "On Sight" that say:

"A monster about to come alive again

Soon as I pull up and park the Benz

We get this b***h shaking like Parkinson's."

Blake Shelton wasn't ONLY celebrating his birthday last night...he was also celebrating a victory as his contestant took home the title of The Voice season 4 champ!

In an interview after the show, Shelton said that his wife was able to make it into town for the big finale, "which is the ultimate gift!"
