What happens when two sides are stubborn? Court, apparently. TMZ is reporting that the prosecutors in Justin Bieber's DUI case are offering a "no contest" plea to reckless driving, but there are strings attached, including the pop star having to submit to random drug testing.
If there's one thing we know about the 19-year-old, it's that he loves his drugs. A source close to the case told the site Bieber and his people will not accept any plea that has fine print, especially drug testing because, again, Biebz loves his drugs. Sources in law enforcement tell TMZ if the two sides can't reach a deal, a trial is likely.
Bieber could be charged with DUI, resisting arrest, and driving on an expired license and, worse comes to worse, he'd be looking at 2 and a half years in jail.
