Justin Bieber showed up on NBC's The Today Show today to promote his new Christmas album tell the world he's not the father of a California woman's 3-month-old son, Tristian.

He acknowledged that while he knows he'll always be a 'target' he vows to never be a 'victim' of these kind of allegations (somoene write down the date and time she said that... just saying). 

Meanwhile, a court hearing is set in the paternity case for early December and in addition, there is an ongoing investigation of Bieber's accuser since if she did, indeed, have sex with Justin when she claims she did he would have only have been 16 and the legal age of consent in California is 17. Thus, she could acutally end up in jeail for statetory rape.
