Lately I've been on a rainbow and unicorn kick and I don't even know why. It's kinda silly being that I'm almost 30.

My husband had his wisdom teeth removed over Easter weekend and I made him rainbow jello and rainbow cupcakes. I told him the rainbow cupcakes were unicorn poop cuz you know, unicorns poop rainbows and cupcakes. He was all drugged up so he didn't care and I honestly thought it was so funny. And the other night while decorating cupcakes for with my sister for her birthday, I made little rainbows on the tops of some of the cupcakes.

But this lady on YouTube takes it even farther:

I'll admit, it's pretty fantastic that she decorated them with little stars. And I love that she thinks they'd be a big hit at a bake sale. Even better, a handout at a birthday party!!! YES!
