After over 4 months I'm back. I think the last time I got to spend time with you on the radio was at the beginning of December. Well, we've got a lot to catch up on. How are you? What's new? What did I miss? 

Now to get you caught up with me. I had a baby on January 1st. Yep, New Years Day baby. Little boy. We named him Elijah. He's so awesome. I came back to my full time job at HOT 99.5 the first week in March. Things have been crazy. Mornings start early and nights end late. Our laundry piles up after it comes out of the dryer but he has clean, folded clothes that are put away where they belong. Dinner is usually thawed or a bowl of cereal. The grass is long in our yard but now that the weather is nice he's getting taken for nice long strolls on the weekends. Priorities. Have. Changed. 

This pic was taken at the hospital. He was the first baby born at Howard County General this year and they made a huge deal over it. His birth was pretty funny. The nurses all wore festive party hats and there were several New Years Eve parties up in L&D that evening. It was the first time in years, probably since I was in high school that I've spent NYE with my whole family - mom, dad and sister and probably the first time every my husband has spent it with my family. Anyway, there will always be a parade on E's birthday.

But I'm back here with you now and that's something I've been looking forward to for so long. 

So now that we're all caught up on each other's lives for the past 4 months, let's get caught up on Hollywood drama. (I'm not gonna lie, checking in on Hollywood gossip was one of my favorite things while I was out on leave, it kept me sane knowing that there's some pretty insane people in Hollywood.)

Kentucky Derby yesterday. Did you watch? There's always a bunch of celebs there.Anna Nicole Smith's daughter and baby dadddy were the cutest.

Today is Cinco De Mayo and will forever go down as the anniversary of Mama & Sugar Bear. Yep. Honey Boo Boo's parents are finally getting married, TODAY. 

Okay, if you read any of the above, you'll understand why this makes me sick.

Chris Brown celebrated his birthday this weekend. It wouldn't surprise you if I said that he and Rihanna are having drama. Looks like they're currently NOT together. She looks super sad and even a bit mad in these pics. And wouldn't you if your on-again-off-again was back with his other on-again-off-again celebrating his brithday?? Drama right?

Up to speed on the latest Lindsay Lohan drama? She doesn't think she needs rehab. Um, She's kidding, right? She claims to not using cocaine much, but prefers ecstacy. 

Again, if you read the above, you'll know why I love these pics so much. Early in my pregnancy my sister "lovingly" said that all pregnant women let themselves go. I was pissed when she said it. But as I got further along in my prengnacy, I stopped wearing heels and gave in to comfy shoes and yoga pants. Kim needs to too, even if she's in the spotlight. And all that buzz about how they're gonna keep the baby out of the spotlight, total BS.

You've heard about the crazy wildfires tearing through Southern California right? There's some celebrities who have homes that could be in danger. Sad times.

And breaking news - Justin Bieber reportedly attacked on stage tonight.

I'll be certain to keep you updated on things with E. I've been checking in with Daddy on E since I got here. I haven't been gone that long but I miss him. Pretty crazy.

Are you too in a coma from too much shopping yesterday? I am and I didn't even go out that early. My mom and I hit up the outlets. Did you get some good stuff and great deals? Did you buy a ton of stuff for everyone on your list or mostly stuff for yourself? I'm proud to say that the only thing I bought myself were 2 packages of socks!

Despite this being "the most wonderful time of the year," I sort of hate all of the congestion on the roads, especially in the evening, when people have last minute shopping to get to. And I hate when people are jerks at the mall, especially in the parking lot. Be nice people! Next weekend I'm heading to the mall and I plan on dropping a car off super early in the lot and then leaving since I don't plan on shopping till later. Then my husband can drop me off at the mall and go home to watch football while I shop. It also helps only living 10 minutes from the mall.

Are you heading back out to the shops today? I think I'm gonna suck it up and head out with my husband to get to the stores he wants to go to. I think he's gonna owe me a footrub tonight.

Yesterday while driving with my husband, I was sitting in the passenger seat and we were heading to an appointment. The road we were on went from 3 lanes to 2 lanes with the left lane becoming a turn only lane. The car in tha lane decided while in the intersection to go straight and not left. So my husband got mad and let the car in. I got really mad and reached over and honked, and laid on the horn so it was a long angry honk. That's something that as a passenger I know you should never do. It's a no no. And I did it. And I'm ashamed. But that car had it coming.
