DAMN! That beast is called a TRIPLE TRIPLE... and eating it puts you 3,100 calories past what the FDA, the NIH, the HHS and other HEALTHY living organizations would say you need to have in a regular day. Assuming an hour-long workout with a trainer burns between 700 to 1000 calories, you'd need to work out for FIVE HOURS straight, with a 60 percent heart rate, to burn that beast off!
Or, if you just don't give an eff... you call it lunch!
